I tried this recipe a couple of times already. One time I forgot to brush the pie with milk before baking and in result the pie was a little bit dry on the surface. so don’t forget that step before putting in the oven. I also tried one time to substitute the dry yeast with baking powder I got same result. Overall great recipe especially for beginners.
