Nanolithography on Previously Written Lithographic Pattern

Writing a subsequent BSA protein line on a previously written lithographic pattern. Fountain pen capillary nanopipette probe has been used for the deposition of BSA protein on previously deposited structure under atomic force microscopy (AFM) nanolithography control. Different materials can be deposited in such protocols for a variety of applications such as protein-protein molecular interactions.
