shimmer is the most overhyped effect ever - sounds always the same regardless which source you put in it.

In my humble opinion, the most usefull only the reverb... you can do vibrato on LFO, most of moderen synth has these effect, chorus reverb flanger even distortion... but with vintage synth it is very usefull, altough this era, this time i rarely see keyboardist play with stompbox, maybe never see one on the live performance....

Greatly inspiring. I am not able to work out how all these are interconnected. Can anyone explain what needs to done to create this set up?

Hi is there any chance that you could show us novices how and where to contact these pedals into the inputs and outputs of a Synthesizer.

@sweetwater I'm looking to add my pedals in an outboard loop from my interface. I don't have any spare cables to make the connections anymore(long story). Before I load up, Should I be looking at balanced TRS cables out of the interface, between the pedals, and back or does it have to be a regular TS?

I have a Qchord which is unlike most other instruments but I find pedals to be perfect for it, especially with delay and reverb

May I suggest a Zoom MS70-CDR? Great little multieffects pedal that allows up to 6 units at the same time, in an effects chain entirely of your choosing.

What if I want the effects to connect to multiple synths? Do I need a mixer for that? I heard that a mixer can damage effect pedals. But what is possible connection wise if the pedals get damaged with mixers? Is there any other way to connect them?

I have a totally different relationship to other objects than to my music equipment. things to make music with are very special, because you open your soul with them.

Hello Daniel. Could you give me some advice on how your pedals sound so clean? I don't hear noise or hums, yet my pedals still have noise even after trying various power supplies for them. I also don't see you are using a Reamp box to convert your synth line level to pedal instrument level. Or are you?

Weird coincidence. I bought 2 Super Phaser PH-2's to dual phase the output from the Software Synth (XILS PolyM) that I bought at Sweetwater, using the AKAI ADVANCE 61 Smart Controller I also got at Sweetwater. (the two Superphasers I got from eBay, but they are both Japanese Vintage!

That looks like my AKAI Expression pedal! (yes.. from Sweetwater!)
