First things first! It's a beautiful home!❤️ BUT I agree with a lot of the people posting, that master bathroom tile is HORRIBLE! It looks like it should be on a documentary about an abandoned asylum!🤢 Maybe it's just me, but why would you want a window above the tub??🤷🏽‍♀️🫤

I do not like that ugly tile, moldy. the river rock is nice but that tile has got to go. The trailer is beautiful, get rid of the tile in the main bathroom.

When we work hard to keep our bathroons clean, shiney, and mildew free, that tile kinda defeats the purpose. The rock is beautiful, but not against that tile!

I really like the kitchen, bathroom and everything expect the tiles from the master's which I agreed with you. And the bricks in the livingroom... they needed to be add the other side of the columns. Outside of the model home is gorgeous! I would take it if I had money! lol

Chance, this is just a random comment to you. You have always shown some of the most beautiful homes on your channel. But also people will ask for a prayer chain for their loved ones. I haven't seen that on other channels. People are that comfortable with you. You are a blessing. You and your family are good people. Oh by the way, I agree with another comment on here about that main bathroom tile, it does look like it belongs in a horror movie,😂. Otherwise beautiful home.

If it's possible to switch out the counter top stove for a regular range and just make the oven area cabinets for a pantry, I'm sold. I'd rather use that for food storage and the rest for all the appliances and cookware. I have so many gadgets I have to keep them in my spare room closet. I have a chef lifestyle but an apartment sized kitchen 😄
Also, yes that tile has got to go. It makes it look like an abandoned school gym shower. I don't know how else to put it 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

I love everything about it except that tile in the master bath, I would definitely pick a different one if I was designing for myself. I agree with many others that it looks dirty or moldy. But I do love the wiener dog pic in the closet! :) Did anyone else do a double take at the Jean Nate in the shower?! I didn’t even know they still made that, my grandma used to always have a bottle of that stuff, lol!

About the tile, people think it looks like it is moldy. If you go into a house and the grout lines are black or very dark colored, you don't think "now isn't that trendy." You think that shower has a bad mold problem.

This house is wonderful but why are these builder making these showers look like they stole it from a run down crack house? I mostly love the layout, but the kitchen would need revamped. I like it when my stove and oven, sink, and fridge are all close by, if not on the same counter wall set. And I'm spoiled now when I don't see a walk in pantry.. THANKS CHANCE...LOL. Anyway, thanks for showing this one, as always. Cheers.
