What the women do is definitely more physically taxing and they aren't afforded the freedoms that comes with being a bigwig in a company or the benefit that a high salary affords. The benefits like setting your own schedule, being available to attend important events in your family's lives, vacations, relaxation and "self-care". The difference between stressed because you need to perform well at work and the stress that you need to work yourself to the bone to just make ends meet are two totally different stressors.
