@mark do you think perjury charges will made to all on the blatant liars?

I"m not sure the the general credits that are typically taken while obtaining a AA ever "go bad." they're so general.

Great episode. Two very intelligent men. Mr. Runkle looks like Mr. Bederow’s rock and roll brother. Uncanny.

I really like Dr. Wolf, he was honest and didn't fight around anything.

The CW own experts are hurting their other experts/witnesses by being upfront and honest and then you see their other people fighting and mincing words and it's so hard to take anything those ones say as true.

If John just fell backwards and hit his head why wasn't his hat right by his head?

I think the Judge doesn't have a choice but to let the Defense treat Proctor like a hostile witness. But, if I'm the Defense, I ask the Judge before I call him to confirm if I can treat him as a hostile witness. If I can't then I won't call him.

He's been such an advocate for Karen. I appreciate Mark shedding the light on her case and providing us with additional information on our rights. I am enlightened & wiser after hearing him speak on these things

Do you watch NASCAR? Do you know about how drafting works on the back of cars, her bumper had grooves, snow was wet and would have kept any pieces in place.

I disagree...I think Yuri Bukake was prepped. He is just a smug, arrogant, liar who thought he was smart and could go toe to toe with Jackson. Yuri was embarrassing and showed how corrupt, incompetent and vindictive this hill billy police department is.

Best 4 hours on this trial! It felt like we were at a bar just listening to Ian & Mark have a conversation. Great insights from two brilliant gentlemen. Thank you both and especially Mr. Bederow for hanging in there with that cough. Hope you feel better soon.

The scary part is that there are still people out there who want to say unequivocally guilty, despite the lack of overwhelming evidence lending credence to doubt. If this jury finds her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, there is something seriously wrong with those jurors and there is obviously bias. How did JO get hit so hard by the car that it pushed him back up into the lawn, knocking his shoe off, breaking the tail light, but he held on to his cell phone and glass, which were dropped and underneath him, and he only had a few scratches on his arm and he hit his head hard enough to kill him. It just doesn't add up for me yet.

I really enjoyed this and I almost didn't watch this because a lot of times with two people trying to talk about a specific topic, I end up feeling anxious because one person seems to be worried about keeping the conversation on a certain topic. It was nice listening to you both relaxed chatting and sharing knowledge and opinions

I have a thought from this week's witness. Which is the most experty of the expert witnesses? Shannon Burgess or the gun expert from the Hannah Gutierezz-Reed Rust Armorer trial? The one who flagged the judge and the courtroom.

Every time they try to claim John was hit by the car I'm reminded of the 5 times I've been hit in pedestrian vs. car accidents. The ONLY time I didn't have massive bruising was when the old lady was at a dead stop 3 ft from me before she hit the gas. No bruises, but it dislocated my hip and effed up my knees and ankles when I only wound up sprawled across the hood.

I agree with Mark... put ARCA on first . Let the jury have that info first, and all the other witness testimony will connect with it... It gives the jury more time to absorb the ARCA testimony.

I just found out that Judge Bev almost ended up the judge in the Brian Walshe case. Michael Proctor did do the investigation. Seems to be an open-and-shut case, because there’s a mountain of evidence that BW killed his wife Ana. Now trying to capitalize on Proctor’s bad deeds on KR case to try to create the illusion that case is bogus. If Bev the judge, who knows, maybe she’d make sure that the horrendous Brian Walshe gets away with it. Fascinating case. Trial scheduled for Oct this year.

I was never active on LinkedIn and yet I had accumulated all this rich experience at my employer. When I got laid off after 30 years, I was horrified by how misrepresented my LinkedIn profile had been. But it was under represented. Not over ;). But moreover, my profile was never published by my company on its websites. This guy was clearly padding his resume to keep the grift going. And what’s really sad is that he’s probably very good at what he does. He really needs to own lack of formal education and be okay with who he is….but coming back to the case I don’t think the jury will care because 55-75% of people lie on their resumes and profiles.
