Ответитьwe all need to reach that point where we don’t care if we’re 8% body fat or 13% and just eat a balanced diet without obsessing over how healthy or sick we are, just eat steak, eggs, fruits, vegetables, whatever feels good to you, and get on with your life and focus on something else, enough of this obsession with looking lean it just puts our minds in a box that only we perceive, it’s not healthy, it’s not natural, enjoy life, it’s normal to have fat, it’s good to have fat, I think the sugar diet, the carnivore diet, etc, is only for boring people who want to find fault with something, just enjoy life with a little fat on your body, enjoy ice cream on the weekend, and love your family and friends...
ОтветитьCoffee and Cream Fat Fasting is great. I'd drink like 2 Coffees with Heavy Cream and drop a couple pounds a day. There is also PSMF Protein Modified Sparing Fasts. What's that? Fasting and only eating protein. Most of the detractors of the "Sugar Diet" believe that people using it are eating nothing but candy.
ОтветитьIt makes sense, and it doesn't. Probably intentionally and if, and when $$ can be made, it usually gets crazier. This latest "fad" seems way too new, and not enough, if any, studies on long term effects because it has not seemingly been around long enough. Are people losing weight? Looks like it, but then the fat fatties will lose with ANY real "diet" plan they actually stick to. I never take advice to seriously from anyone who is JUICED, on TRT, or testosterone medical supps. I just can't relate, and the physiological differences are there and can be extremely "useful" and likely the "diet" is not a true indication of what works or not. That does not mean they don't know what they are talking about, just that they are ENHANCED and that changes everything. I have competed for over 30 (almost 63 now) years as an ALL- NATURAL BODY BUILDER. Obviously, the average person does NOT aspire to do this, and most could not anyway, so a simple balanced approach is best for them, and everyone in my opinion. As body builders we know what could be coming mentally and physically toward the end of a contest run:) The same thing that would happen on ANY "diet" taken to the extremes, yet they both mention many of these negative effects during their "sugar fast / diets" that I have NEVER encountered like blurry vision, teeth issues, trouble walking or focusing, etc. (Not to mention all the vitamin and mineral deficiencies being created). I was going to try this, but I enjoy all the varieties of food groups, I don't mind what is down the road during a contest, even if I might feel deprived or tired, which I often do not. I simply stay leaner during the "off" season and then diet down slowly for a show. Folks getting to a weight or look you desire is the "hard" part, staying there is much easier. Just exercise when you can because everyone does not want to do what bodybuilders or even just "weightlifters" do, and that's fine. Just realize what we do allows us to eat MORE of the stuff we enjoy:):) In conclusion, I think we will see very bad health issues down the road from this "fad" because SUGAR is the main culprit of the Big C, especially the crap ones being advocated on this "diet". Well, like AH everyone has one, and this is mine:) I am keeping an open mid to this though.
ОтветитьWhat a crazy diet. This is just an example explaining why weight loss and body composition doesn't necessarily indicate health status. No way is it possible to incur the kind of glycative damage (something no sugar diet fadluencer seems to mention) this diet causes without inflicting long term harm. All this has done is show how the Randle Cycle works and why balanced diets are terrible.

When diabetes, rotten teeth, insulin resistance, cancer, advanced aging and other diseases skyrocket with it, maybe people will wake up. Walk around in nature and notice how fruit trees and sugar are nowhere to be found... There's a reason for that. It's not natural

ОтветитьMark Bell's body-weight has been hovering around 210 lbs with water weight variances of around 3-4 lbs for nearly a year now. I know, I've been following him for a long time. What the actual phuh is this dude on? hahahaha. Dude isn't losing weight, and if he varies off that ~210 lbs, it's a water weight margin. Don't jack your endocrine and metabolic systems up listening to this sugar diet trash "advice."
ОтветитьThis continues to blow my mind. I’m 4 days into sugar fast. Fruit. Fruit juice. My psoriasis has pretty much cleared up. Had it on my cheeks and head for years. Been on low carb clean basic diet for years. Nothing I’ve ever tried has helped. Even true carnivore beef and turkey.
And 5kg off. This goes against everything but is revolutionary. Thanks smelly for all your info on this 👍. This is a game changer
I gained 8 kilograms in 2 days from 112 to 120 kilograms on sugar diet.
3 days later , after going back to ketogenic diet I’m back down to 215. I gained a lot of water weight and my kidney were so inflamed that I couldn’t walk without lower back pain . I think most of it happened because I had bread and rice with my evening meal . Maybe whole fruit would have worked better with only meat in the evening meal . Anyway , that was my first experience with this diet . I was also wired up and I couldn’t sleep , which didn’t help
i think this is going insane right now, letting peole like eatin candy and sodas every day . beliving it good for you ,, that kind of food destroys the good thin you are eating, it should be like fruit , smoothes, self made fresh juices, and some starh if you want , to get all nutricons. now channels showing like eating candy and sprite ???? nutrion 0 .. this gonna backfire for alot of peole thinking you can live on candy and sodas. and ice cream, the goats on this does recomend just sugar ,,they eat alof of fruit and maybe add sugar if the must , but starting wiht sprite. candy . cheatmeals,and so on,,,too bad , alto of peole gonna feel bad in the end tricked to eating just sugar, zero nutrition

This should not be named by sugar diet. And a lot of forms of this diet could be very dangerous. A lot of people lives on high carbs diet and the best form of that kind of diet is simply raw food diet. I know people who practice raw food diet with 70% of fruits about 25% of veggies and 3-5% of nuts and seeds more than 30 years and all of them are extreme healthy and looks great. This is nothing new. Well there is no need to be a smart asses, just learn from those people, they had a lot of experience and knowlidge😉

ОтветитьIt's one or the other, carbs or fat. The problem comes when combining them UNLESS you're tracking calories very accurately which is nearly impossible to do on the expenditure side. ALL of these methods are calorie restriction IF your goal is weight loss or maintenance.

ОтветитьAnyone else amazingly able to decrease their caffeine use after this? 4 days in with smelly protocol and I'm down 4 lbs, caffeine is down 75%, and my gut regularity is much better due to all the fruit. I'm very curious about the caffeine though its helped me tremendously as a chronic energy drink user.
