Dear Lisa I'm a new rep I'm in Canada D319 any good tips on doing data entry for customers with out email addresses we live in the same building same district .

not with Avon as yet, but you're very inspiring.

I have someone wanting to be a representative but I have no clue where to start! Please let me know what our responsibilities are as a leader. How we sign them up both online and offline and what the benefits are. I am also "partnering" up with my mother because I am only 17 and am very passionate about it. We are both involved but I am the one who talks to customers and delivers and things like that. Should I be recruiting if I am under age or wait til I have my own account with my own info before I accept?

Hi Sharon Congratulations. Once you have the first one then you will use startavon with your URL from the end of your URL from youravon store. So my Avon store is youravondotcom/LMONOSON so LMONOSON is my code to startavon :)

Hey Lisa: I have just recently recruited my first recruit. But I can get no support in my area. My upline won't return my calls. How can you get people to sign up under you on line. I think you have to go to some website but not sure what it is.

Part of the problem is not knowing how to prospect, part of it is my fear in approaching, so the two just chase each other. Did you do he makeup maven contest a couple of months ago? I remember seeing a girl who looked like you in it and her video was really good. I am an Avon rep from Mississippi. I'm just now getting into leadership. Thanks for the great advice.

I am so glad to have found u. My leader is an seul with Avon 9years, but she is having a lot of health issues so she just cant help me as id wish she could. There are really only three people in my division at the level I would like to be at, but they all seem to be cruising at this point instead of working toward growth and really having a passion behind their business. My main question is if u could do or direct me to a video about door to door prospecting. Best time of day to go what to say

Absolutely love your videos! Thank You! I have a question for you. I was thinking about getting a Square Reader so I can accept payments from my Avon customers. I know you can do it through Avon but I've heard it takes so long to get your portion of earnings. So was wondering if that is acceptable?
