The ball tank would be a better design if the barrels were somehow fully enclosed inside of it and all it presented was holes with bullets firing out. (Maybe it would be better off firing small rockets.) (Actually what about them there armor piercing fin stabilized discarding sabot darts / long dart penetrator.) (Heck if you shot armor penetrating darts from one hole and shot self guided rocket explosives out of the other hole you'd be all set. A big old ball like in the video could store a couple hundred of each type of round.)
