I am having crackling/distorted sound issues with ubuntu on my oracle VM. Can u provide me any solution as to how I can get a crisp and clear sound output?

I formatted my SSD and did a new install. I then updated my O.S. and followed the video step by step but I am unable to change the wallpaper on the login screen. Can someone help me.
P.S.: I already changed the configuration by changing the W.P. But it didn't help. 😅

a few things that i need help with

1) How do i get the close, Minimize and maximize stuff to be on the right instead of left
2) How do i get the task bar icons to be bigger? in my desktop it looks small

Followed the video tutorial to the letter but it but apart from making the terminal look kinda cool because it goes almost transparent, it just made my dock disappear and put badly configured widgets on my desktop. I'm guessing I'd have to pay for the actual documentation to actually achieve what the video promises. Anyway, I learned a lesson and I'll go figure it out by myself.

I just want the task bar with clock and settings to be together at the botton and those widgets at the upper right corner of the desktop.
Is there a way easier than that to achieve it?

Isnt there a way to make it all into a single script file that when we execute all those steps are automatically made in order to achieve this final look and I dont have to do anything by hand?
