i feel in duel with aphelios. I main aphelios and when i got the late game, aphelios destroy anything, from tank to a paper champ, so, why is he in tier b? he´s so strong in late and early game, and now more for the buff. Can anybody explain me how aphelios be in B rank ?

How come Rengar top isn't in the tier list for top lane? It's performing better than a lot of your suggested B tier picks.
