Wow, this prosecutor is just hearing things.
ОтветитьIf anyone looks guilty it's him cold as ice no remorse monster
ОтветитьSerious doubts
ОтветитьI think the man was railroaded they had him guilty before he went to court the prosecution didnt prove ANYTHING the man totally sounded and looked innocent to me what if it was an accident I could truly see the woman falling on the rake and pulling herself free only to fall again she was having dizzy spells what if just what if this is a innocent man sitting in prison
Ответитьthey should include Amy's boyfriend as accesory to murder.. .because he was the one who woke up the devil inside the IOWA farm..hahahaha
ОтветитьHe’s innocent. Prosecution team is lame.
ОтветитьI don’t believe that voicemail at all, I think it’s one of those things when you’re listening for it, perhaps you can make it out, but I can’t hear it unless I’m expecting it. What guy would say that on the phone to 999 knowing they record it if he rly murdered her. I don’t e believe this at all
ОтветитьI think his son was in cahoots with dad! He must not have done this alone
ОтветитьWhere is she going with all these questions, he must be so bored
ОтветитьI'm still not convinced this guy is guilty.
Ответить"Objection, your Honor!"
Said Todd Mullis' attorney... never
For love of God..please stop saying "Right?" at the end of every sentence. Maybe try a "correct?" now and then...🙏
ОтветитьShe is terrible and where IS his attorney? I mean not one objection during a prosection cross like this???
ОтветитьMan got better looking with his weight loss, could have just dumped the adulterous wife and upgraded instead of wrecking everyone's lives
ОтветитьOMGI cannot? Handle. Her asking the same question over and over and over. And you were with Tristan the whole time were right question? Mark and amy was dizzy right? How many times did she ask that question
ОтветитьAnother Murdaugh style murder !!
ОтветитьTry Questions!! Then let him answer . Assumptive questioning? Have you , do you , etc . What a pest she is
ОтветитьNo way he hit her multiple times with that rake. He would have had to pull it out and hit her again meaning she would have had more than 4 holes in her jacket. I think this man is innocent.
ОтветитьHe is seething. How dare a woman question him. You can see this on his face. He put it to rest alright.
ОтветитьShes so annoying
ОтветитьShe is one smart atty🙏♥️🇺🇸
ОтветитьI'm glad the jury was smarter than the dummies who think the husband innocent! Wow smh!
ОтветитьI think the prosecutor does a great job of showing how unbelievable his story is.
ОтветитьHe totally did it.
ОтветитьI hope there was an expert witness who explained what acute neurochemical (trauma) changes do the brain.
ОтветитьYou get these lawyers who dont know sh1t about trauma adking ignorant questions.y God
Ответитьthis man is not guilty . i rarely believe defendants but at very least, he deserves a whole new trial , a real defense atty and proper investigation. the investigator didnt even understand how to correctly calculate the iowa time of searches listed in GMT, he is an overzealous idiot who WANTED todd to be guilty from day 1. the prosecutor also has her own career driven agenda and no soul.
ОтветитьGood lord lady! It's pronounced "creek" not "crick" Crick is a lazy backwoods prununciation. I'm from the south, and find that word, and her, irritating.
'
She "over prepared"?
I don't think you can over prepare when someone is dead, a child/children are forever traumatized, and someone's freedom is on the line. Disappointing commentary from Court TV.
Has this case been overturned on appeal yet? Cuz it will be. Should be. No evidence. Based on what someone thinks they hear on a garbled call... tsk tsk ... so prejudicial. Cant wait to see this guy be released.
He may have done it but the "evidence" is pretty slim.
just by the way she was found.. in the fetal position on her knees. i dont believe at all that she “fell”. maybe she did after he attacked her. he’s guilty. enough said.
Ответитьthis DA is horrible
ОтветитьI heard " Whore." But I don't know why years later the state had not got it expertly cleaned up.
Ответитьhe clearly called her a cheating whore, you cannot control anger, years later he is acting, guilty
ОтветитьI have always had a good read on people. I believe him. I’m so sad for Amy’s family and children but I have learned freak accidents do happen and I think this is one of them.
ОтветитьI should’ve been following this one. So many trials going on. 🤦♀️. I love televised trials, it’s like talking a class in school, but better. 💯💯
ОтветитьDoes this man have an Attorney? Lot of questions that are being asked as speculation?? 🤷♀️🤷♀️🙄🙄
Ответить“Extreme Turtling”…If you know, you know. 🐢😮
ОтветитьWhat I found odd is he keeps saying Amy asked him seems controlling to me You should not have to ask to do anything
ОтветитьSomeone posted a much clearer 911 call. He never said what they’re accusing him of. 😡
ОтветитьThis prosecutor is such a typical, textbook example of a gaslighter… “ when you did your interview, you told the detective your marriage was so great the last 5 years because it was right?” God she is so annoying
Ответитьwhat is with the same questions over and over. plus he sounds like he is not prepared to answer these questions.
ОтветитьGAF. Next case.
ОтветитьWasn’t one of the sons around at that time?
ОтветитьHe's So Guilty 😞
ОтветитьWhy doesn't she just testify for him?? 😂 OBJECTION! LEADING!!! And she's the prosecutor?? 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьWhen you get dizzy you can easily faint in mere moments , a few seconds. When you faint you completely black out briefly, sometimes longer. It's very possible this lady fainted and fell backwards landing on the upward-facing tines of this rake. And obviously IF this were to happen, its reasonable to presume such a grievous injury would jolt a person who was dazed back into a state of complete lucidity -- yet probably still too overwhelmed with pain and shock to do much of anything. She likely struggled attempted to reach behind herself and free the rake from her back but after losing so much blood she likely crumpled facing forward and ended up in the position she was found in, with the rake still impaled in her. I honestly dont believe this dude murdered her, i think it was a freak accident and this trial was a miscarriage of justice due to an overzealous incompetent prosecutor. She had no hard evidence against this dude, just snarkiness and narrative. I hope he wasnt convicted on this testimony. 😢
ОтветитьWhy such a bad quality of tape ? Usually we stop making a phone call - why should the animation of his wife be taped on the phone.. because he kept the phone to his ear... might be anything they shoved under the table to have the court making a decision: In my opinion local USA courts (and city courts) are focusing to much on Shakespeare's argument of jealousy; jealousy as an argument is going back to Ancient Greek tragedy , but wasn't always persuasive / convincing in relationship matters; I had more focused on the injuries as such, why wasn't there a small display (sketch / picture by the medical doctors / morgue) of the dead corps, why wasn't given a proof of the individual's person ID ? In my opinion the wife might have taken the second car and left the farm safely after the incidents occurred on the farm, she might have watched from a window what is going on, and has decided instinctively to leave after the family members had loaded the pickup with the dead body they found and which was so much mutilated that an animation seemed very useless, the face must have been beyond recognition (1st WW pictures of wounded men women in the war by gunshot wounds, or by beasts like bears , wild boar, ...any other wild animal or specific dog... I think until today we haven't found the very reason - story of what was going on on the farm and that abandoned little barn, neither was discussed the chemicals the wife was making records of on the iPad and which were sold to the people - farmers for a good price and which must have been restored somewhere according t o government laws or ...against it.. Many interesting stuff wasn't discussed, not only the schedule of the very day but the daily routine included the chemicals which by the way might be reason for dizziness etc and have caused the instant weakness the farming volunteer helper (?) female person felt that day.... Maybe the wife left indeed wishing the furniture to be transferred by the brother only to the spot the brother lived together with his wife...
ОтветитьShe didn’t have enough weight to priers her body through..
