The new Montana Cans GLASS PAINT 250ml

Why do i need this Glas versions if i could just use the common gold/black cans???

Does this etch the glass or is it just a milky transparent ?

Hello, Can this be used to tint clear acrylic sheets? And can the sheet be used outdoors without this paint going off? I want to use the sheet as a screen in my garden, so it will be exposed to rain, light, snow, wind etc. If it can be cured to provide a permanent "frosted" surface, what is the curing process? Thanks in advance for your help.
