My KPI is recurring revenue (MRR) and I broke it into two parts:
1) # of Customers, and
2) Average Monthly Revenue per Customer.
Then I brainstormed projects around those 2 main verticals of work and my goal is to double my MRR in the next six months (till the end of the year).
