How to Restore Recently Deleted Instagram Posts

As of March 2024, you are able to restore video as well, however it takes time to show up on the recently deleted file. Like 15 minutes to an hour

what happens to the previous views count, likes and comments that was on the post, reels or igtv after restoration? are they reinstated or does your post start fresh counts again?
