What's the ideal VIVOSUN seedling-to-LED light distance? #gardener

I have the aerolight 150 se, 2 of them (in two separate tents), and I think the ones I got are too strong or something. Just running on 40% seems to be able to burn my plants, and I am NOT getting the light too close.
Maybe it has something to do with how the tuneable spectrum works? The lights i have might not actually have the tuneable spectrum anyway, there seems to be conflicting information about this. I'm new to growing, and maybe thereis something I can do with the light that I haven't done? They've always seemed very strong. My first few plants were burned pretty bad, I was running 60 - 70% like everybody was saying, and I burned a Ya Hemi pretty bad. THAT is what oughtta be a crime man, lol.

Does this grow box have a setting for the drying process for plants??

Does anyone from vivosun actually read the comments here? If so, then please tell me why my tent poles haven't shipped yet? It's been a week since I paid for them and yet they haven't shipped yet. If they don't ship out by Monday the 25th of September 2023 then I'll cancel my order and buy elsewhere. Ordered off Amazon with Vivosun as the seller and supplier!
PS: they are the side tent poles you can add for extra support.
