I had some KFC last week and it was delicious...hot,very well cooked and flavorful I have no complaints!!👅

One small thing I never liked is that they stopped making corn bread and started making biscuits instead years ago. I like corn bread!

The double down sandwich is one of the worst fast food concepts ever. It was the butt of jokes for years.

If you guys have one in your neighborhood try jollibees from the philippines new york and chicago has some i don't know where else you'd have to search on google. Get the big chicken sandwich youll love it

One thing with strange in the capital here to me and hawaii for trying to eat at the mall and all the places were full except kfc! Nobody supports it here

This is amazing! I now live in the philippines coming from chicago i am a coleslaw freak for them i can eat a quart of it with no problem. Here at the mall we may give you 2 oz in a little tiny cup enough for about 4 fork fulls and then that's it. The menu is very limited here in manila too. It's no problem the chicken is better here with the national jollibee's chain which i believe has about 40 stores in the united states now. They have better chicken.

its super easy. its about 3x too expensive. even at 1/2 off its still not worth it. i tried that for the first time in like 20 years, and i was like nah. popeyes is cheaper and better, especially the spicy. (popeye's still overpriced)

Our local KFC closed 20 years ago. Recently a new one opened. Had lunch there, it was disappointing. Haven't been back, and probably wont be. They are not alone, the quality of food has declined in all the fast food restaurants. Big corporations place profit over quality. They just don't seem to get there is more money to be made in the long run by giving people a quality product they want! But they are not interested in the long run. They want it now!! And when they don't get it they sell and move on.

Everything use to be so delicious back in the day, now it all taste like cheap poison full of chemicals. No joke that's all I taste now in modern Fast food.

The chicken is just not as good anymore and very inconsistent. then they got rid of the potato wedges for those terrible french fries and the pot pies are not as good anymore. I just ran out of reasons to go there.

I miss the KFC boxes that even came with fruit roll ups...

I think the limited offerings are part of the problem. Wendy's and Arby's chicken has improved a lot, but they also have burgers and many side items that are top tier. The sides at KFC are unique but if I'm feeding more than 1 person, the variety of quality choices at Mcdonalds, Wendys, Burger king, and Arby's win over the limited offerings of KFC

My seven year old asked me for KFC today. He's mentioned it in the past but today he really wants it. He's never had it and I remember getting KFC when I was younger and it was good. I haven't had it in a while and I'd like to get some but I'm afraid it's going to be badly made and taste bad. I'm just being paid too little to only be disappointed about how bad the food taste for such a higher price. I looked up the reviews for my local KFC's and sure enough it's way more one star reviews than five stars. Why is everything sad and depressing now?

They fired me for no reason. Colonial Sanders sold his recipe from a black woman called, Miss Childress.

us basded stores are Dirty and under staffed, with no Management on Duty and the Employees are not helpful or engaged.

There is only 2 things I like about KFC; the macaroni salad and biscuits. The chicken is grossly wet with oil. The price always upsets me as well where I live it’s almost $100 for the bucket,2 sides, fries and biscuits. Even the non fast food restaurants near me are cheaper. Yeah I just really don’t like KFC.

My issues are two fold. First, they don't offer meals anymore, they were very good. Second is the filthy stores. Seems like they just quit maintaining them. Not to mention a pet peeve of mine which is their Coleslaw is just not what it used to be.

The fatal mistake was replacing the rolls with biscuits and the white KFC flavored gravy with brown gravy. You could sop the gray with the rolls. It was better than the chicken.

The last two times I went there there was almost no meat on the chicken, it was over cooked, I'll never go back again.

The problem was the some of the stores would NOT cook with the original spices so you weren't getting that flavor. where lived they had no drive-thru ones and they wouldn't honor KFC coupons at all. For me it, was when I would go and the original spices wasn't in the original recipe so I quit buying. And the last time I bought a three-piece meal with no coupon I think it was either 18 or $19. I remember years ago somebody was doing one of those frivolous lawsuits and they were going to sue them for something and it's like well I want all the fat and all the spices in the chicken that's why I go and buy it. If KFC is reading I just wanted the two-piece original with coleslaw I would rather have two coleslaws and no biscuit didn't need a biscuit didn't need the glue. If I'm going to have potatoes I want real potatoes. I'm not sure why the stores would change the recipe that is the biggest stupidest move ever

I had it as a kid and enjoyed it occasionally then. Now, their mashed potatoes and gravy morphed into something undesirable in both texture and flavor.

I started at KFC back in the late 90s early 2000. I started when I was 16 and worked my way to Store Manger was given the chance to an Area Manger Job. At the time we had a Buffet we had salad, fruits, and all the chicken you could eat. Our locations was known for high standards. When I came to Florida for a Manger Job I quickly noticed how low grade it was here. I quite my job as the Area Manger when I reported to corporate I witnessed other Mangers dropping chicken onto the floor and boxing it up for Law Enforcement. That location was shut down about a year later. I visited our local KFC I chose to dine in, when I was given my food I quickly noticed the quality was horrible, with 10+years as a Manger for KFC you can tell. I took the food back up and requested a refund. You could tell the oil was dirty and not filtered as required, the cole slaw was dry which is a sign of poorly mixing. The biscuit was old. Hardly to none English speaking people. I swore I would never visit a KFC again I have kept to my word. i am a 100% Chick-fil-A fresh friendly fast. = Happy Customers. KFC is pretty much a dried up company I hardly see cars there. Back in the day I recall seeing lines around the building, lines inside at the buffet we would great our guest check on them at their table, almost everyday I was given tips. That was many years ago these services has died. People in general simply don't care it's about money nothing more. In general we the United States we need to step back and view why so many companies are failing.

The KFC near me has the WORST customer service, hands down. They are all untrained in basic communication skills. Bad employees can have a negative impact on the best companies

I know this is old news but here’s a bit that I experienced about a month ago. I went and got a bucket of chicken,brought it home and discovered that it was the same chicken that I buy at a wholesaler down the street in a bulk frozen package. And for half the price. What a rip off.

No loss to me, because I have not bought KFC in the last 18 years, hired the cheapest employees, food is really bad, and stores are just ugly dirty. No tears here if the whole disaster collapse.

In Canada it is almost entirely ran by foreigners. English is minimal at best. It used to be a PT job for high school and college kids, now entirely shut out for them.
The final nail in the coffin was switching to Halal Chicken without even consulting customers.
As a practising Roman Catholic, I found this insulting.

Had an owner argue me over good quality a few years ago, this just cemented my desicion to steer clear.

My number one issue is it’s fast food. I haven’t had any fast food in almost a decade. One of the best choices you can make is cutting all the junk and sugar out of your life people! You have no idea how much better you can feel and think.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is way over-priced and the Quality of Chicken being used is atrocious. I'm going to complain directly to upper management in Corporate at Yum Brands Headquarters in Louisville, KY. We Americans must honor Colonel Harland Sanders' Legacy before they go Out of Business! Kentucky Fried Chicken is dying fast. The quality of chicken is small and horrible tasting. The employees are teeny bopper high school flunkys and the restaurants are filthy dirty. They will go out of business soon. Yum Brands ruined the Brand as they have ruined Pizza Hut. PepsiCo is putting out horrible Pepsi Cola watered down and sugared down real cola taste as well. I'm done with Yum Brands entirely fake ingredient and cost cutting cheap ingredients. Bring back Kenny Roger's Roasters Wood Roasted Rotisserie Chicken. It was delicious.

It is NOT what it used to be. Doesn't taste the same, poor quality, all "fast food" is no longer what it used to be. When one gets it, old, soggy, and a mess when received. I avoid all of them now.
