The guitarists Franco, Simaro and Bitsou was superb. Vocalists Luambo, Mabiala and Boyibanda were also very good on this hit.

The translation is superb. Very clear to follow. Can you try to do the same with : Tika ka kosenga - Franco Luambo 1982.

Hey Chris I never knew there was a beast of a DJ in you. you are so amazing. I mean you are so eloquent and I really love your way of translation, you are so wide in explaining those terms in lingala. you don't leave out anything. I am a Zambian by the way and here whenever I meet Kenyans I greet them in Swahili because I have always wanted them to feel they are part of the Zambian family and society. I will keep following you Chris. tikela malamu

Thanks very much Chris to return my fanatic wholehearted feeling to the crystalline taste and reenergization of my unforgettable experience and unfading memory of the late Lwambo Lwanso Makiadi (Franco). I enjoyed this fine hit most in December 1971, celebrating with my dad and grandpa as we made my first visit to Mombasa with the latter to see dad and his family after my initiation into manhood and entry into std 7 (CPE class of year 1972). Chris you are my precious mentor to be, I promise. You will go a long way forward bro.

Hahaha... Asante sana sana Mwalimu Chris Keya! You really have made my day today...by providing a fantastic Lingala - English translation of Mado song, one of the countless Lingala songs I used to hear them regularly played on the then RTD - Radio Tanzania Dar es Salaam - programs. This is so fantastic.

I also like your fluency in speaking Lingala language something that has pushed me wish to ask if Lingala is your mother tongue or at least a second language of yours!

Keep up doing that good job that makes us, the lovers of the lingala songs understand their meanings via your help...

Asubuhi njema, kazi njema na maisha mema!
