I think the way things are going if am given the opportunity to suggest to the Universities, I will suggest that they release Masters admission notice as early as possible while they wait for the clarification for attestation by March 31 since Masters and PhD students do not require attestation. In this way, it will reduce congestion at the IRCC's portal when the issue of attestation is finalised.

Please my daughter’s study permit just got approved this February end and her school started January 3rd in MacEwan University and she is fully enrolled for the semester, but shes already in canada with her visiting visa .
