If you want to know what causes a broken heart try losing a significant other. 13 years ago I lost my soulmate to a massive heart attack exactly 3 months before our wedding the night of her heart attack we had just rented my tuxedo and I have been dealing with it for 13 years of grief pain and misery my one and only the day she was taking off of life support on February 14th 2012 was the day my heart broke I spend most of my days waiting on my time to be over with so I can be with her again. I'm not feeling self harmful I just want my pain to just go away. 😭you won't know what it's like till you lose your one true love since that day I've been just existing not really living I'm just here I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure January 2025 it will be 3 years It was caused by a broken heart there's nothing that will heal it other than my soulmate coming back to me but I know it's not going to happen

I am going through Some rough times now. I just got told my beloved cat will die in a few weeks from now and I am already devistated. He was (still is) very important in my life because he got me through Some rough times before, like the loss of the love of my life 10 years ago. And he kept me going through my depression I once had. He gave me a Reason to live. The thought that he will be gone within a few weeks from now is unbearable. I got this beautiful music in my recommendations and it made me calm (but a bit melancholic as well).
