Just came across this video and nothing has been fixed, you're still able to do it. I could care less about leveling up, it's a really slow process, but getting all the gobble gums is very nice. Just worried my PS5 is gonna crash and burn let's hope not 😂

Im 10th prestige from playing 98% zombies only and mostly on double xp / double gobblegum timeframes and I still have only 5 perkaholics (never used one)…

The drop rate of top tier GG’s is outrageous in this game and the fact they have no method of recipe crafting to make specific GG’s like workaholic with lower tier ones is ridiculous also

Idk if I’m the only one but I don’t get the “gobblegum awarded” animation sometimes, it sort of just gives me the gobblegum without knowing which one it gives me unless I check after the game

It works for me, gobble gums regularly spawn every 14-16 minutes.. might be just a xbox thing idk?? But they start throwing meat every hour or so. Just find a new spot, and it stops them from throwing meat again. I highly suggest not grabbing elemental pop. If youre in to far of a corner brain rot zombies can block zombies from catching you (stands infront of you and creates distance) and they start throwing meat at you.

Pro tips : just play regular zombies and it’ll do the same thing

Guys I got a trick for you. If you press the ps button while pressing the melee button it just keeps being pressed while the ps5 menu is visible.

Welp unfortunately this has been debunked the most gums you will earn in directed mode is about 30 and the gums work by time internals averaging around 10-15 per gun earn rate.

I left it overnight and I only got 2,000 kills apparently I died at some point I tried setting it up again and after 5 minutes I noticed that the zombies can swarm you is there any specific bill that I'm supposed to be using? I got that melee macchiato swings speed on.

Gobble gum spin rates are fucked. Almost master prestige play zombies religiously when I can, I have got 2 perkaholics and 3 hidden powers in the 200+hrs I've spent on zombies. Absolutely garbage.
