Drive Thru Valencia Trails Active 55+ Community in North Naples FL Beautiful New Construction Homes

A couple days ago I wrote an article about a new 55+ community in Naples Florida called Valencia Trails that is being developed by GL Homes. Because of the number of questions I receive, I decided to visit Valencia Trails to check it out. I did a drive through to see the community which is now in it’s infancy, and I stopped in to the community sales center to get some more detailed information.

As you enter the community you will be greeted with an incredible upscale and impressive entry like GL Homes has done for their other communities in the area such as Riverstone and Stone Creek which are two of the most impressive in North Naples, and Saturnia Lakes as well. You can see how the entry looks now in the video below where I show you the way the entry looks as well as the guard gate house, many of the models that are under currently under construction, and newly planted landscaping, etc. Valencia Trails is going to be a top-notch community.

GL Homes is one of my favorite builders in Naples, and I was excited when I saw they were developing Valencia Trails. They build a high-quality product, they have great customer service, and many of the folks I have helped purchase a GL Homes home have all been very happy. GL Homes includes many “standard” features that are not standard with other builders, and they are even including a quartz countertop option in Valencia Trails as a standard feature which is very uncommon. The GL Homes sales people you will find at Valencia Trails are also good, and they do cooperate with outside Realtors such as Janet and I which is great. This allows us to protect you when you purchasing new construction which is so important in today’s market. Just make sure you tell them you are working with Janet Berry at 239-450-1892, or better yet, just Janet know before you visit, and she will get you all registered, and make sure you don’t miss out on any special incentives or programs.

Naples does not have many true 55+ adult communities, and with Valencia Trails, GL Homes is creating a real resort-style community that also happens to fall into the 55+ community as well which should be a Win-Win for GL Homes and potential Naples home buyers.

Homes for sale in Valencia trails in Naples FL will range between $420,000 and $680,000 with 4 different collections, a total of 15 different floor plans, and over 850 single family homes when completed.

There will be a 42,000 square foot amenity center, natural gas for cooking, heating your pool etc. and perhaps best of all there will not be a CDD which.
