Unless you’re adding the same thickness material to your landing at the top of the stairs you’re making your top step shorter than the rest by the thickness of the material you’re using (looks to be at least an inch) and thus your stairs are no longer compliant with building codes that regulate the amount of difference allowed per step

Great job. Please use a hoover for the fine saw dust from the saw(s) as you don’t want this to damage your lungs!

Looks great! Love that you're powering it via the battery, which is probably charged up by solar in your case! Just remember to measure each stair tread individually, don't cut them all at once! Not all stairs are parallel, and some are off by an inch or two here or there. You don't want to waste the expensive oak treads or have to fill in weird gaps on the sides!
