I went to High School with Tyler. I’ll never forget when this happened, it really shook the community up. And PSL is a place where everyone knows everyone. My ex was invited to the party because at the time there was NOTHING to do for teens so the fb post quickly got around to other teens at the time and everyone flocked there… we didn’t go. A couple other mutual friends from my class went. And I saw them on trial.. just crazy. People weren’t the same here bc nothing like that has ever happened here before. RIP Mary Jo and Blake. They were just your average everyday normal people. 💔

I'm noticing so many details right away. The cops looking the other way on warnings, the radio being shouted into with no response, the red walls turning blue because nobody noticed that they were literally partying in blood, the 4 people with weapons for tyler and the 3 classmates he told.
I'm even feeling something from the mom turning around and seeing him but still being attacked from behind after. I don't remember much about their lives before the murders, but I'm pretty sure they were regular, supportive parents who just didn't want him to have a house party
