Already sufficient grounds available foe declaring marriage as void and annulment of marriage voidable mariage and dissolution of marriage.Concept of Irritravable brokedown is also an encroachment of individual right of the spose who wish to live with the other spouse.

Man is not animal to live like all to their expectation. The rigitidy in granting divorce is also aimed at protecting the hub for the kids without family and sentiments kids would become rogues and hence joint family system followed is by our Hindu system of life. Dont break it in the form of social advancement.There is no difference in getting married after divorce and practically following poligamy

There should be a single court to decide all civil, criminal cases between spouse. Advocates appearing for parties in FC should be married.
