Property Address: 1496 Glacier St.

Inspector used 2" rear kitchen sewer clean out to insert sewer camera. Inspector visualized interior cast iron sewer pipe with age related rust accumulation. Client may elect to Hydro Jett or descale cast iron to remove excess of rust buildup which may cause pipe lumen to decrease in diameter. The cast-iron main lateral sewer pipe underneath property/in the concrete slab appears to be nearing the end of its service life. Inspector pushed sewer camera at 53 feet from clean out the pipe transitions to ABD pipe. The ABS pipe appears to be in serviceable condition, the pipe transitions to clay for a small section and then transitions to green PVC pipe. The inspector pushed to city sewer connection known as the city saddle, no visible abnormalities detected at the time of the inspection at this area. The main lateral sewer pipe has proper slope, inspector flush toilet and visualized flush toilet water flow which appeared serviceable. The inspector retracted camera completing inspection.
