So there is a tool I use nobody talks about it's called a drill pump u chuck it on your drill and it drain the water out of a toilet or anything else it's a godsend

Another enjoyable video Rob. I did get the tap and dye set, at full tilt, when they were in store. Haven't tried it yet, but I am hoping it is better than the previous set Parkside released. Should be as you showed it tapping a mild steel rod ✅
Sometimes products just seem to linger in store, but with an iron will you leave them on the shelf... until they are reduced with Lidl Plus and you get your 10% token. That was it! Knees buckled and the purchase was made. Submersible pump😃. Very handy for emptying the temporary pool where I want the water to go

That's a good for the garden the timer for the hose pipe £12 that is a good bargain and the out side tap splitter with a tap for each side, marvellous. I didn't get a T&D set because well I have 2 non PS sets already.
I got the Padsaw set but it doesn't lock into cases there are a different length.

went to my local lidl the other day, ended up spending 300 quid on tools I didn't know I needed 😊 and probably don't 😅😅 but still enjoyed the experience, great channel by the way, makes me chuckle 😅

The 240v solder station isn't great, bit hit and miss. Some of the plastic parts on the garden tools either break, or fail, but no more than other named brands.
For the price, you can't argue 👍

My tap and die set from Lidl, some years back, came in a more sensibly shaped metal case which facilitates storing the wrenches with the handles in place. As you observed, the handles come loose so I thread locked them on. Obviously you can't do that if you want to store them in the plastic case they used for that set.

Lidl are missing a trick, Fathers day in a couple of weeks, if they filled the shelves with Parkside, they could clear up! Instead they are offering socks and t-shirts!

Please don’t get rid of your real lawn. And definitely don’t put the plastic crap in. Plastic crap getting warm in the sun evaporating its plastic fumes… trust me nothing more natural than the real lawn and as I previously commented last time you mentioned thinking of getting rid of your lawn — real grass is good for grounding. Seriously, try putting your feet on the grass (even if your lawn is now not the prettiest, still works!) for 20-30 mins per day for 2 weeks and just notice how much difference it makes for your wellbeing. Make yourself a cuppa and have it in the garden with your feet on the grass.

I have had one of those writing tabs for a couple of years (promotional item at one of our overseas office) and I just went back to pen and paper.
I am bad at taking off the plastic films . my car still has it on (year old) and my DVD player had it until my wife showed up (so maybe 10-12 years) I think I need to grab the hose connector set if available as the Hozelock just failed. I got the tap and die set the first time and still not used it but it feels good to have it (never even thought about cutting oil). 😂😂 not had an issue with battery life on the micrometer. Thought you were using the drill as a clamp 😂😂
There is a little vice and a helping hands in Aldi although probably won't go for them. I have some Temu stuff coming but it is some craft stuff to play with. Annoyingly, the bottle openers are a 3/8 16, and can I find threaded inserts that can do that in this country? no, so it may be back to temu again 😂😂

I bought one of the tap a die sets, only tried the 3mm tap and I broke of straight away in aluminium and ruined the piece I was making

I've also got a 34 piece tap and die set from Aldi, that I bought a few years back.

I think the Aldi one is better, but it was also about twice the price of the Lidl one.

I haven't found that timer an any of my four local lidls - not happy - wanted to save me plants when I go away

Hi Rob, not everyone will have "All" the correct size drills for the tap & die set - but for another couple of quid ?? - Maybe. They could have thought of that one !!!

Love the channel keep up the good work. Have you ever tried any Parkside Performance tools they do a 12V Router which would be a must buy. If you could buy it!!Do you or any of your subscribers know how to get hold of the performance range. I think it’s because of our punishing tax regime that they are not sold in the Uk Lidl branches.

Parkside tools are utter rubbish...i bought an orbital sander and it lasted half a day...cheap utter rubbish

When it comes to fake grass, be careful as it can get very hot and can cause problems for little paws🐾

The water switch is a sudden off not gradual off, might cause problems.
