You don't have access to the systems that federal employees have regarding immigrants. You don't have access to their applications and documents in their alien files. You don't see how people will omit or flat out lie to an immigration officer's face about an illegal entry. People are not always innocent. They make the decision to enter and exit the country without admission or parole. They make the decision to have children here. There are forms of relief- look at the following applications i-131 (military parole in place. It isn't listed as an option, but it actually is one), 212, and 601. You don't see how people have their applications looked at by an officer and the officer suspects marriage fraud (using a United States citizen). If the judge affirms the decision (agrees with the officer), then that person is supposed to leave. Stop assuming that everyone with kids didn't do anything wrong. I don't know why ICE is covering their faces, but don't assume that all ICE officers are always these big, bad, evil people that are always picking on some innocent person.

Not to mention it is the law, to have due process. Not having due process is illegal. And I wish they were stop pretending like they care about the law, they let January 6th slide they don't care that he pardoned literal assaulters if they don't care that the president is an assaulter himself not to mention his felonies. All of that stuff is against the law and even if you wanted to say that you don't care about those laws.......... then fine but why do you care about this one the one that's not negatively affecting us and that actually makes sense to break.. if you were in a tough spot and desperate and couldn't risk the country you were fleeing to saying "no" to you and your fam you would have to do what you would have to do.. my cousin was like well what about the people that do it the correct way and you got these other people just sneaking in.. and I was like it's real nice when people can do it the correct way but you'd have to be set up nice.. and it wouldn't really matter if they're deporting people without due process... because then those who are doing it the "right" way, could still be deported if someone's like hey there's an illegal immigrant over there and they just take them.. even if they are ok, how would they know if they won't let them have their fare on unalienable rights?

I literally don’t understand why this matters so much on who lives here in America when everyone here except the natives are immigrants. Yet even the natives get told to go back where they came from. Why can’t everyone just let everybody be happy and live where they want to.😭

Thank you for commenting on this. There's a family in my town who is currently having trouble with L(ICE). I think the mother, who was a legal citizen, passed away, and now the husband was taken away because of his wife passing away. I think they have 3 kids :(. Idk I'd have to ask my mum. The two of us are pizzed off, though, cus there are people on FB saying "free him blah blah blah," yet they're the one's who voted for trump. Like make it make sense.

The US loves Immigrants,just do it legally. What the illegals do is spitting in the face of other Immigrants that went through months to get into the country legally. Do their efforts not matter? Should their process be spat on because "NO ONE IS ILLEGAL!!". You want to be a US citizen? Do it the right way. Period. Also learn our rules. My Dad was nearly killed by an illegal when she slammed into his car going over 80 mph. No documents,no drivers license,no insurance,she can't even speak english. Her husband had to translate for her. It took years for the case to be closed. They got deported and my dad still lives with the pain from the injures he sustained. If his car didn't have side air bags he would have been killed.

Also people love to use the immigrants don't pay taxes argument when that's not true. Most of them pay taxes and they receive no benefits from it. We get more benefits from them being here then they get.

Mimo, I have loved your content and getting to know you and your history. You have opened my eyes so much with middle east issues and the killings of Palestinians and Lebanese. However, as a family of Latin immigrants, I dont agree with you on this. There is a process that immigrants need to follow, and while I believe our system is broken, as an immigrant, you still need to follow it if you truly want a better life for you and your family without risk of deportation. This has always been the case, no one is confused on whether they are coming illegally when they do. Even the countries in Latin America have border control amd immigration processes (some even more stringent than the US.) I have loved following you for years, but now that you're telling people to unfollow if we dont agree, I no longer feel welcomed here. Take care, Mimo ❤
