The rearrange part has changed to a vertical list format. The lower on the list the deeper the page. Press and hold on the hamburger stack and drag up to have it on the first page. You can also eliminate by hitting minus. This deducts it from the page but still keeps it listed at the bottom. Siri can open any app by saying launch “app name”.

Sadly when I set up on my car and found it only works wirely. Hope it can be wirelessly. Even Honda can use wirelesly, why Lexus cannot?!

Unfortunately, Apple CarPlay is not available for 2019 NX made before October 2018. 🙄
