Ответить847 calories and only 30 grams of protein is pretty garbage. You could quite literally do better with some seitan, tofu and a high-protein wrap.

That peanut butter is such a game changer. Even though I actually prefer higher volume meals, I think I'll consider doing peanut butter and blueberry on top of my oats after I do my martial arts training this morning. Thanks for making me crave peanut butter, lol.
