Those betta are already tired of flaring since they can see other betta that is why their fins are clamped. But the winner, I think it is a black orchid crowntail. Its so beautiful when its fins are flared up. You can see the proportions and the rays (fins) crossing to each other.

the betta that won is a crown tail and it won because of the tail spike shape a lower quality has a Y shape spike high quality is a strait spike no Y. but other than that it is just a black betta with extremely good form and fin
