BSI – Body substance isolation
AVPU-Alert, Verbal, Pain, Unresponsive
A&OX4 – Alert and oriented to person place time and event
SAMPLE – Signs/symptoms, allergies, medications, past medical history, last oral intake, events leading up to injury
OPQRST – Onset, provocation, quality, radiation, severity, time
PEARRL – pupils equal and round reactive to light
CMS/PMS- Circulation motion sensation or pulse motor sensory
DCAP-BTLS - deformities, contusions, abrasions, penetrations, burns, tenderness, lacerations, swelling
SLUDGE (cholinergic toxidromes) – Salivation, lacrimation, urination, defecation, gastrointestinal distress, emesis
AEIOU TIPS- Alcohol, epilepsy, infection, opiates, uremia, trauma, insulin, poisoning, stroke
STEMI – ST segment myocardial infarction
ABCDE-Airway breathing circulation disability exposure
