ОтветитьI just finished this! I can tell after a month of your workouts that I'm getting a little stronger, no more daily ankle and knee pain 😂🔥 I was able to use my 8lb dumbells today instead of my 5lb ones.

ОтветитьOk. That was pretty awesome!! 🥰. Today was going to be just cardio and no strength training but when this video popped up on my Home Screen, I knew it was a sign. And I’m glad I did this workout… using lighter weights, it was the best of both worlds…. Some strength training with cardio that got my heart rate up. Thank you, Kirra!! ❤❤❤

ОтветитьWas short on time this morning but wanted to do some weights and this was perfect. Will walk about 5km for my commute and then do a 30min boxing for cardio this evening. But this was the perfect lift some weights I wanted.
