Yeah... that doesn't sound very in-character for her. She was the littlefinger of the time, and she massively increased her power, and even caused MA's death to close off loose ends; and she "decides" to die when Octavian is around? not likely.

In fact, the Romans, with the Classical Greeks defeat Alexanders daddy. Layed heavy costs, had Alexanders brother or Phillips brother as a hostage, and had Alexander go East....
