Scarsella Sentencing Press Conference Raw - Mike Freeman, Hennepin County Attorney

Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman gives a press conference following the sentencing of Allen 'Lance' Scarsella, who shot five unarmed black men at a November 2015 Black Lives Matter demonstration outside the Minneapolis Police Department's 4th Precinct.

County Attorney Michael Freeman delayed beginning the press conference until friends, family, and supporters of the shooting victims and of Jamar Clark left, however the press conference was interrupted anyway, with calls for tougher charges.
