If you believe in law and order then you should agree that she needs to be sent to the UN court and tried for human rights violations. While she was “following orders” you are allowed to disregard unlawful orders. This same arguments were used during the Nuremberg Trials.

Torture is unacceptable. If we begin to torture the ones that made us suffer a great deal, we are going backwards into civilization and closer to the mindset of the people we're fighting. If we torture, we become our own enemies.
