🙌 THIS IS IT - This is the list of my TOP 6 core exercises for women at any stage of life, but especially midlife and beyond. (And yes, guys - these are all spot-on for men, too!)
If you notice, there’s a progression here… knowing how to breathe properly, leads into doing the pelvic tilt properly, which leads into doing planks and other trickier moves properly, which leads to larger, more functional strengthening moves like chopping lifts.
You CAN’T just jump straight into more advanced core training without having certain building blocks in place!!!
But each of these 6 core exercises will do a phenomenal job of:
✅ Building up the all-important muscles around your spine
✅ Giving you much needed stability and strength to move confidently and pain free every day
✅ And ultimately eliminate pain in your back and hips that you’re experiencing due to a weak core
