I love Shane!!! I find him really cute! Lots of people will disagree, saying you can't "fix" Shane.

I think Alex gets a bad rap because of his attitude towards a female mc like wanting to see them in a bikini, otherwise as a male mc his growth is amazing. Also, I've met a few Leahs, and the name is pronounced "Lee-ah" or "Lay-ah", either way with the "ah" at the end.

I am very excited for the update! I may restart with a new character when it goes live.

You talking about the character personalities had me thinking a lot about otome archetypes. Otomes are visual novels focused on character stories in which you date each character (typically all male characters love interests and a female main character) to learn the full story arc and I have been playing them a lot lately as a comfort gaming genre. For example, Alex is a bit of a tsundere = initially kind of cold/rude but warms up to you over time and grows as a character.

Lol, when you were like, "Harvey is boring," I was just thinking that. I married him in my current playthrough because I thought he was really sweet, but I almost married Shane first because he was more exciting. I only didn't beacuse I heard his spouse room was not cute. This is my first time playing though, I'm thinking next time I might pursue Abigail or roommate with Krobus bc I heard that's an option too.

I married Shane and at first he’s very helpful around the farm but as time goes by he barely does anything. My fences will always be broken down and I have to replace them with new sets. He also only helps at least 3 times a month and just lounges around the house RENT FREE. Not sure if this applies to the other characters but I had to divorce him cause it got on my nerves 😕
