Q: By the very nature of The Herald Institute's mission, every Herald needs to be a role model for the rest of the country therefore has to adhere to defined standards of behavior. I imagine that you have rules and a code of conduct. How does a Herald Institute member know which parts must be followed, and which parts are up to the respective member to exercise his own sense of judgement on?

A: That's easy and clear-cut. Anything and everything which, if undone, would taint the credibility of The Herald Institute or produce an antithetical result must be done according to clearly-defined methods and standards. Everything else is irrelevant--we don't even bother writing about in Herald Statutes.
