Continuation of Public Hearing regarding Proposed Amendments to Darien Zoning Regulations (COZR #5-2019) put forth by Felix F. Callari, Inc. (dba BMW of Darien). Proposal to amend Section 756 of the Darien Zoning Regulations to permit an increase in building coverage from 20 percent to 25 percent and building height from 25 feet to 30 feet for properties that meet certain criteria in the Service Business (SB) Zone. Eligible properties must be served by public water and sewer, be a minimum of three acres in size, and be located within 1,000 feet of the Central Business District (CBD).

Proposal to construct several additions to the north and west sides of the existing residence, installation of a new in-ground swimming pool and spa, and construction of patios, a covered porch, and two new driveway areas, and to perform related site development activities.

Proposal to construct several additions to the existing residence, including expansion of an existing garage and construction of a new second garage with an expanded driveway, a new covered entryway and courtyard, and installation of a stormwater management system, and to perform related site development activities within regulated areas.

Land Filling & Regrading Application #471, Jeffrey & Sarah Dawkins, 4 Berry Lane. Proposal to raze the existing house and to construct a new residence in generally the same location, construct a circular driveway, and install a new stormwater management system, and to perform related site development activities.

Amendment to Special Permit Application #79-D, Darien Nature Center, Town of Darien, 120 Brookside Road. Proposal to amend Special Permit Application #79-D, to permit an increase in the use of the Darien Nature Center and the number of participants/visitors for various programmed uses and activities as well as for periodic special events with restrictions on use.
