Judiciary should mandatorily know their lakshman rekha as to what all area can they interfer and what cannot.

Judiciary should bring out guidelines regarding it as early and fast as possible.

NJAC should mandatorily be implemented as a seperate Act as fast and early as possible.

Enacting a legislation is not one stop solution for all, there should also be a paradigm shift in the perspective from which the law should be interpreted.

That is, it should be interpreted from the the victim (after the detailed scrutiny and analysis of the facts and circumstances of the case as to who is the victim) or public interest perspective as the case may be. Not from the accused stand point.

Unfortunately, this shift in perspective has not happened till now.

One of the many solution for this issue is a strict ban on anticipatory bail application given on heinous crime. The unlimited freedom to the accused to file anticipatory bail application has given licence to commit more wrong in the society.
