I don't care if he never washed his hands, I am not eating it and the purpose of watching this is the recipe not how well he washes his hands. This is a timed television show and using time to show how well he washes his hands is wasteful. Make sure you wash your hands well and stop nitpicking.

I'll bet every bit of bacon fat and maple syrup is in the bottom of the roasting pan and when you remove the bacon you'll see a pale white spot on the turkey where the bacon was. This is a gimmick recipe
