A yummy breakfast delight loaded with nutritions yet so tasty which goes well with idlis , Set dosa and other varieties of dosas.

Ingredients:
For Pan:
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil alias Gingelly oil ( heated pan in medium flame)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Urad dal, 1/2 Teaspoon China dal
- Curry leaves
- Garlic (4 to 5 nos)
- Red chillies (8 to 9 nos)
- Chopped Big Onions (2 nos)
- 1/2 kg Chopped Tomatoes (Red)
- Asafoetida (1 pinch)
- Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 2 Tablespoon Roasted grams alias Pottu kadalai
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar ( use to remove the sourness of tomato if needed)
- Few coriander leaves
For Blending :
- Coconut pieces or grated (1/2 coconut)
- Cooked Chutney mixture (made on the pan from above)
- Water ( to make fine blend)
For seasoning:
- 2 Tablespoon Sesame oil (gingelly oil) ( in medium flame)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Urad dal
- 3 Split Red chillies
- Curry leaves
- Asafoetida ( 1 pinch)
