Such a wonderful thing to do for your wife. Things like this really show how much you care. You knew what she would like and found a great spot. Letting Noah spend time with others is good for all of you. As a grandmother, I can't tell you how lovely it is to have my grandson here with my husband and I alone for a few days. It's fun for us and him, and Mom and Dad get some much-needed alone time. This strengthens your marriage, in my opinion. My grandson is now 7 and he begs to be able to come stay with us for a few days alone without Mom and Dad. Hubby and I are outdoor lovers. We RV as often as possible. I loved the cabin and love watching your channel.

My husband and I went away for 4 days without children once a year. Our 2 daughters stayed with relatives. We've been married 47 years this last July. And, yes we still like and love each other.

My husband and I celebtate our anniversary every year. We get a hotel go for dinner. Do something fun together. We love it and look forward to it every year. We will celebrate our 35th thos sept.

Lovely video! I think you need to make both the with and without kids videos! Maybe come to my neck of the world, western Canada, and try our cabins in the woods. You won't hear traffic, just maybe a bear or two - ha ha. Emerald Lake is a gorgeous area in summer or winter.

You need one weekend a month to keep your relationship healthy and alive. The same routine isn't good. We all love Noah and it's awesome to bring him along but in the long run think of you guys. As a grandmother, I can tell you, it’s so important to spend quality time with my grandson! You giving his Nana the opportunity to spend overnight time with him, is the best gift you could ever give her. We love Noah, love seeing him, but you both need your time together, and Nana needs her time with the lil man. Always enjoy your videos, no matter what you put out!

Alex, please get yourself a pair of glasses that provide tinted protection on the sides (Solar Shades) or true wrap around ones. Also, you may find you will also need to wear them on cloudy days as well. Finally, get a good quality pair of yellow driving glasses. You need to protect your eyesight from vehicle lights at night as well.

I love Sarah and Luca, but I still can't believe they would let people do this very dangerous job without providing safety glasses! It just feels weird to me! Or, were they offered and declined? In addition to having permanently damaged Alex's vision, they could end up with a nasty lawsuit on their hands. Were waivers offered and signed?

Take your time together. That being said 21 years goes by really fast. Faster than you will ever believe. Trust me I know first hand. Just lived it and it sucks . But I’m thankful for all I left undone!!! Because that was time I had with my little one. Who is not so little anymore
