Very DIRTY CITY with narrow roads. No urban planning, roads are random. No beautification. So much vandalism. Just my observation from 2 days visit.

Cebus problem are very similar to manila poor public transportation causing of hour in traffic plus no proper city planner..kaht san pwedi mgtau kung ano ano madami skwater at pokpok

Ganda sana ng Cebu, mala HK ang landscape kaya lang puro squatter. Wala ba sila plano jan sa mga squatter na yan? Yung mga squatter dito sa Manila puro galing bisaya din.
