Lecture 4.2 Why does deep Learning work? (DLVU)

The training algorithm only searches a space of statistical solution where no neuron is so exceptional. Neurons have to work together to activate statistical dot priduct channels. It is hardly known that the vsriance equation for linear combinations of random variables spplies to dot products for example.
