Big Bear bald eagle Sunny returns to nest, reunites with sister Gizmo

Gizmo has not Hoovered!!!!

There's a pair of eagles that live outside my house. Id hate to be anyone that can't experience that in the real world. Also April 17th at 9pm a yellowish white orb being followed by a military Chinook helicopter flew low over my house really slow

I wish humans were like this bird and could fly in the wind without fear.

They need to learn to hunt from thier parents. This takes time, many months. The joy of these majestic birds is not over - it has just begun.

It was Sunny that was the one hovering.

Sunny comes back everyday and spends hours with her little sister. It's so wonderful to see. Maybe they'll fly away together

They're like teenagers learning to drive.

I been watching J&S for 4 years. Always amazing. Great parents. Gizmo is about a week behind Sunny. She can now move and flap around exercising. Gizmo will catch up. Sunny.came back to the nest for food. J&S will teach the young ones hunting and catching prey to eat.

What a good story

Today, June 7th 2025 at approximately 0825 hours, Gizmo was in protection mode while on a the high porch Branch as seen on the fobbv live cam 1. She started flapping her wings and the wind caught her wrong well she didn't have both feet on the branch and she fell. You can see her trying to fly and I quickly switched to the fobbv live cam 2 and for over a half an hour now she's been sitting in an unknown tree. I don't know if it's the nest tree because they're not zooming out enough for us to see it. . Don't you guys pay attention to this stuff????
