Every time I watch you I learn something new! What a clever way to fry the noodles - and the topping looks so delicious. I will definitely make this as it looks healthy, easy, inexpensive and much better than anything from a restaurant as you know EXACTLY what's in it ! THANKS YOSHIMI.
