Burning, Numbness & Tingling in Feet or Toes?

What must I eat and drinking to prevent the numbness in my feet and toes

My father suffered from neuropathy in his feet and could barely walk. In less than a month, he was walking again, playing with his grandchildren and even traveling! The only thing he did different from the exercises was to take a vitamin specifically for the sciatic nerve every morning. The pain was gone!

Thank you very much for this informative video. I am 68. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 10 year ago. I don't take drugs. Two years ago I started having peripheral neuropathy simptoms. Can it be a related to MS, or it is a condition by itself?

I do think it’s because I sweat too much from my feet and all that sweat stays in my shoe throughout the day and it creates itchy feet amongst other foods that I consume.

Love your videos! Thanks! What might cause bottom of my feet to feel swollen & skin gets very dry. Have peripheral neuropathy. Use Frankincense/Myrrh oil & then lotion helps lots. Then sometimes put ice on bottom of feet. Any advice appreciated.

I had 11 lumbar surgeries. So I don’t think your advice will apply? I have a spinal cord stimulator that is a huge help. In fact it’s a life saver. Brings feet back to life. I have severe neuropathy, multiple lumbar and hip replacement surgeries

I don't feel numbness, burning, or pain. But I feel itchy feet on the bottom and toes when I lay down in bed at night. My AC1 is in the high range, not at the level to take medication. Why do I have itchy feet at night? What vitamin should I take for this itchy feet problem? Thanks

I wish I found your channel before my dad passed away April 2022, the doctor's in the uk are absolutely useless yes my dad had diabetes, and it was controlled with medication, but the burning of his feet and the pain he had to put up with was awful, I tried to get him help 😢
