Number one rule with great swords: make sure no one is within a 10 foot radius of you
ОтветитьNo fancy costumes this time?
ОтветитьDo you do a lot of thrusts with that big of a weapon. If not then it looks like the most bad ass leaning pole I’ve ever seen and I want one to go next to my Uchgatana. I say that because it’s Chinese made.
ОтветитьIts funny. All of these holds is how u can carry skis
ОтветитьSo you’re telling me the zweihander DOESNT weigh as much as a large boulder, and so resting the blade on my shoulder isn’t the only option?
ОтветитьQuick question, I hope you'll this: do swords of this have scabbards?
ОтветитьVibing Hard
Good work
How can you call it a greatsword if it's smaller than you
ОтветитьMy dumbass would carry the sword like how kratos carry the blade of Olympus
ОтветитьBig swords are cool
Ответитьthe last carry method is also way safer of you slip and fall.
Ответитьwhy not just hold it in your buttcheeks
ОтветитьWhere do you find these stances and information? They’re very interesting
ОтветитьAh, so I really CAN do a Beidou with it!
ОтветитьDo a cavalry sword video
ОтветитьWho the hell carry the sword in a way that they can decapitate themselves
Ответитьnpc tutorials
ОтветитьSo my Dark Souls character is going with the most uncomfortable way to hold a claymore?😂
ОтветитьHow much does a sword that size cost today ?
ОтветитьIt's wild to me that the eastern greatsword styles largely still went into sheaths, and as far as I know were worn at the hip / transported by a second when moving. There's a vast rabbit hole of eastern sword styles practicing nothing but drawing their large swords quickly lol.
ОтветитьThat ring when you kicked it up was absolutely delicious.
ОтветитьReminds me of footage from Vietnam of soldiers carryin the M60 over the shoulder.
ОтветитьI just assumed id stay in a side/ high guard like my elden ring/ dark souls character
ОтветитьI wish I knew where would be a great place to get a great-sword like that
ОтветитьLast one looks like when your carrying skies 😂
ОтветитьWhy does this thing have a off hand ?
ОтветитьHaving the blade flat on your shoulder is asking to bump into something and lose part of your neck
ОтветитьWhere can I buy a great sword? I didn't know they were so light in weight.
ОтветитьThe superior version is shoving it inside a pocket dimension called "your inventory"
ОтветитьI would imagine if you keep your blade really sharp resting it flat against the slippery fabric of shoulder, poised to slide into your neck, is not ideal.
ОтветитьWhy does Hu Tao have blood in her mouth?
ОтветитьHow much did that cost you?
ОтветитьHow about carrying greatsword on back?
Ответитьone could in theory tailor the ricasso to extend further into the shouder plate and have a lower carry point for lower ceilings
Ответитьi was curious...how tall are u and how long the greatsword total length
ОтветитьI prefer the off-hand cradle or a mount carrying it and my other weapons, so I can just choose what I need.
ОтветитьMy friend had the idea of using a large cork to let you rest it on the ground, and then just use your foot to knock it off should a fight arise
Ответитьthe armrest is probably strategic for combat too since the fatigue wouldn’t set in. At a certain point even mathematically, if the blade is micro-compromised but your arm is 15%
more rested, you’ll still deliver more devastating blows, and that doesn’t even account for combat nuances.
I want one
ОтветитьI'm mostly a Japanese based weapons guy who spent my childhood training Toyama Ryu Iaido or Gunto Ryu. But the Greatsword is my mistress. I'm fascinated by it, and I'm ordering my montante trainer it's such a cool sword I'm looking for a teacher who teaches it near me
ОтветитьThis reminds me of How to Dad's "How to Hold Your Baby"
ОтветитьSurprised I don’t see more kicking in movies. It seems like the sort of thing to do if you want to look dramatic.
ОтветитьThe offhand cradle and similar things are some of the best ways to hold a sword in my experience
Ответитьcan you do the montante plz
ОтветитьHow would you travel with a greatsword?
Ответитьhow about resting the guard on your shoulder in front of you, point down?
Ответитьthe sword kick is just an aura move
ОтветитьI wish more games incorporated such idle stances, usually unsheathing your blade puts you into a combat ready stance, and you're stuck in that stance for all time the blade is out.
ОтветитьI want to see a realistic (not necessarily historically accurate) back scabbard for something like this.
ОтветитьPlus you have the added benefit that the guard is against your neck not the blade
Ответить
